Starting off his career as a stock broker, Tim found his true calling in insurance over 30 years ago, with his desire to help people . A Cal Poly Alumni, he is very active with the community, winning multiple awards for his generosity and good business practices.
Tim loves to spend time with his family, exploring wine country and weekend fishing trips.
Cindy McGee
Agent, Health Care Specialist
Cindy took an interest in insurance, joining Tim's growing business in 2003. She has spent her career mastering the ever-changing health insurance industry. She prides herself in excellent customer service in an industry which has delivered less agent/client contact over the years. Covered CA certified and up-to-date on the latest intricacies of Affordable Health Care Act, Cindy is capable of helping individuals and small groups in obtaining the best health insurance value available.
Some of Cindy's favorite things to do are spending time with her family and friends traveling the world and water/snow skiing.
Jack McGee
Agent
Jack, son of Tim and Cindy, was born and raised in San Luis Obispo. After attending Cuesta College he joined the family business and became a licensed agent in 2018. He loves his job because as an insurance broker, we look out for our client's best interest and that is very rewarding.
Outside of the office, Jack enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, parents, and siblings. Some of his favorites are hunting, fishing, surfing, and skiing.
Genie-Rose Cruz
Agent
Genie-Rose has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and uses that experience to better assist clients every day. Her kindness makes talking to your insurance agent like talking to a friend. McGee Insurance has been fortunate to have Genie-Rose as part of the team since 2019.
When she is not working Genie-Rose enjoys spending time with her family.
Kelsey Van Valer

McGee Insurance has been fortunate to have Kelsey as part of the team since 2020. She was new to insurance but, very quickly learned the industry and became a licensed agent. She is very caring and hardworking so you can be sure that she is putting all of her effort into taking good care of you.
In her down time, Kelsey likes to spend time with her husband and go on hikes.
